Privacy, Booking and Guest Rules

1. Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings are confirmed after availability check and advance payment (if required).
Digital payments accepted: BHIM UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, and cash.
Standard check-in and check-out will be 24hrs calculated.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Recommended standard policy: free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Within 72 hours, one-night retention may apply depending on season and room type.
No-show reservations may be billed as per confirmed booking terms.
3. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.
Guests must comply with local law, safety practices, and respectful noise limits.
Any damage to property assets may be charged to the booking account.
4. Privacy & Data Policy
We collect limited data needed for reservation management and guest communication.
Collected data may include name, phone, email, arrival details, and payment reference.
Data access and deletion requests can be raised via the official booking contact channel.
This website uses a consent banner and follows a DPDP-ready pattern based on India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
